Overview

Schild supports the storage and dissemination of your organization's most vital documents. Documents can be uploaded in administration and viewed by users on the main site. Visibility is determined by permissions, clearance, and the "Distribution" sections.

Permissions and clearance

In administration, documents can only be viewed or changed if users have view or change permission of the document type, and users have sufficient clearance.

Distribution

Distributable documents are not immediately available on the main site without opting to distribute them.

When uploading and changing documents, the distribution section governs to who and when documents are distributed on the main site.
