Overview

Engagements are billed differently than other ops. All other billable ops' services rendered are automatically generated. Engagement services rendered have to be manually generated.

Engagements can be billed at a flat fee or hourly. Like other ops, it's necessary defining a security service. If you are billing by the hour, every service rendered part of the engagement's amounts will be recomputed to the hourly rate of the engagement service at the time the invoice is generated.

In the Engagement, when the engagement is complete, click the "Generate Service Rendered" button. You can then generate an invoice including all services rendered that were part of the engagement in "Services rendered". Select the service rendered, select "Generate invoice(s) from selected services", and click or tap "Go". You're all set.

If you've prematurely generated the service rendered, you can delete and regenerate it when the engagement is complete.
