Common questions about Schild's asset management system

Most assets have an assignment history. You can view the history on the asset in administration. You'll find information about who recorded the assignments, at what time they were recorded, who had custody, and the conditions, with photos.

Yes. Every asset's condition can be updated with photos.

As long as assets are not in maintenance or already assigned, they can be assigned to personnel. The only remaining work is the actual custody transfer.

Maintenance can be scheduled in advance by recording a future maintenance. Find the asset in administration and add a future maintenance period. Upcoming and active maintenance can be monitored in "Assets".

Retrospective maintenance can also be added. The process is the same-find the asset, and record the maintenance.
