Overview
Attendance is taken when checking into and out of ops. At check-in an attendance record is created, and at check-out the record is updated. Attendance records include the time and location at both ends, and are responsible for determining pay. Attendance follows some important rules.
Rules
- In order to check-in, personnel must accept assignments before they begin.
- Personnel cannot check-in earlier than 15 minutes before an op's scheduled start, and cannot check-in greater than 30 minutes after an op's scheduled start.
- Personnel cannot check-out more than 8 hours after an op's scheduled end.
- Personnel cannot check-in after the event ends or if it's canceled.
Schild supports manual attendance requests, which are intended to rectify problems encountered in the field. Manual attendance requests are requests for compensable time.
Management
Both administrators and regular users can manage attendance records. Complete attendance records can be found in the "Attendance" section of administration. Users can view a complete history of their own records in their profiles under "Attendance".
